Financial disclosures are obtained in the years candidates run for municipal office. In Fruit Heights, elected officials serve a 4 year term, and are elected in odd-numbered years. The office of mayor and two city council seats are open in one election cycle, and then two years later, the three remaining city council seats come up for election.
