This application is for any size subdivision and/or the development of property within the legal limits of Fruit Heights City. All the information on the application will need to be completed. Before the development can be forwarded onto the Planning Commission and City Council, the city staff will need to have letters from the following entities. Once the letters have been received, a meeting will be scheduled.
